Many organizations struggle with decisions on how to best incorporate SAP HCM into their technical environment. The question that often arises is whether or not to implement HCM on a separate landscape. This consideration is a key concern for smaller organizations that cannot afford the financial burden of an additional landscape. In the end, many companies do choose to maintain a separate HCM landscape however, issues such as data security and privacy concerns do not have to be the driving factors in making this decision.

We had a great time at HR2010!! Thanks everyone

The HCM2010 show was another great success for Symphony Management Consulting. This year we saw more attendees and vendors than we have in recent years, surely a good sign that organizations are looking at implementations, enhancement projects and new technologies to improve the processes and efficiencies of their HR systems. This conference is an exceptional venue to educate yourself through the seminar series, see demo’s of the newest enhancements and meet the experts that provide the solutions for your next project.

 

As in years past, Symphony continues its commitment of educating attendees on a wide variety of HCM topics.  The Symphony team leverages our knowledge and experience to deliver information on 7 Tips and Tricks for OM, Leverage Dynamic Actions to streamline HR Data, Best Practices for achieving a higher ROI in SAP HCM, and Proven techniques to properly configure and optimize HCM.

Happy Blogging - New from Symphony!

Symphony Management Consulting is proud to announce the release of an area dedicated primarily to our clients and other specialists within SAP HCM. Many of our clients have expressed a desire for an area where they can reach out, ask questions and update information.  Symphony has responded to this request by creating an SAP HCM blog where our team of HR Experts will respond to questions submitted via our Ask the Experts area.

Our goal is to answer our clients and the SAP community’s questions effectively and to provide you with a constant resource where you can turn to for helpful knowledge online. Our experts will do our best to answer the majority of the questions posted – but don’t forget to provide accurate contact information incase we need to reach out to you to find out more about your question at hand and to give you the best answer or approach to your issue.
